Yes, using the COCO communications API, developers can now leverage App to App communication and add decentralized communication into their own apps. These apps do NOT need to use the COCO Login system and do NOT need to be released on the COCO Grove. The COCO Grove is only used for those apps that can be used by the COCO Network of Every Thing system.
